Someone said: "The economy is so messed up you might as well follow your dreams and see what happens"
Now I'm carving my own lane of 00s inspired, gritty, southern, boom bap hip hop in public and bringing you along for the ride in GristleLand
I'm not trying to "blow up" or sell out arenas
I don't need to get rich and famous or sign a record deal
I just want to be in league with a growing class of "middle class musicians". People who are living good, regular lives making the music they love
I know it takes tons of work, I know most fail before they ever make it, but I'm already doing the "supposed to" stuff (jobs, bills, taxes, etc.) anyway
So come with me as I make GristleLand from a moment to a movement
